No, updating your SCT device will not impact the custom tunes.

i have these tunes loaded on my sct tuner i got with my truck 05 f250 6.0 diesel i just updated my sct tuner and reloaded the XS tune and it seems like it dosen't shift as firm as it did before, was there any recent changes made to the tunes by updating the sct tuner?
