Early 1999 7.3 canister wastegate vis Turbo-Master waste gate controller

When using the Turbo-Master what is done with the boost pressure line? will it render the other boost pressure line useless?
Is this California CARB approved?

The Dfuser MAPMAX doesn't interfere with the boost pressure line. It connected into the wiring harness from the MAP sensor. The boost pressure line would still function as normal. Unfortunately it doesn't possess a CARB number. As such, we are unable to ship this product to a CARB-regulated state.
