The factory fog lights will fit into the bumper (excluding 10th anniversary Rubicon lights). The "Up to 9" lights" refers to the light tabs on the front stinger of the Smittybilt XRC Gen2 Front Bumper for Jeep (2007-18) JK Wrangler, allowing versatile lighting options.
