This does have the ability to be moved between vehicles. You may have to purchase additional VIN licenses to unlock the ability to switch it between vehicles.

An EZ LYNK Auto Agent 3 device can tune multiple trucks, but each truck requires its own set of tune files. The device itself isn't VIN-locked, meaning you can use it on different vehicles. However, the tune files are locked to specific vehicle VINs. So, you'll need to purchase tune packs for each truck you want to tune.
